Desde “The New Yorker” y por sus colaboradores, Phil Schaap y Richard Brody, nos llega una lista de los 100 álbum esenciales del Jazz (podrás ver la lista de TOP 100 pinchando en el link de The New Yorker). Aquí expongo los primeros 20 y, con otros más conocidos. Los seleccionadores intentan ilustrar la amplia gama y riqueza que existe en el género después de más de 100 años en la historia del Jazz.

Como siempre, estas listas son muy subjetivas, aunque sirven muy bien de guía. Cada tema tiene su link en el título que te lleva para ver más información. Si eres un amante del Jazz o, quieres introducirte a este fascinante mundo de sonido, la lista será muy interesante.
