UNKLE - Nuevo Álbum Para 2010

Siguiendo la senda del disco “War Stories” (2007) y con un cierto aire de “Joy Division”, James Lavelle (aka UNKLE) nos adelanta otro corte - "Natural Selector" - de lo que será su nuevo álbum titulado “Where Did The Night Fall” previsto para mediados de este año.

Este proyecto tiene como costumbre las colaboraciones de varios artistas de vanguardia como pueden ser The Black Angels, Sleepy Sun, Autolux, Gavin Clark...y otros ilustres del mundo UNKLE.

Soy un fan de Unkle de hace ya mucho tiempo, con lo cual aunque ofrezca una mierda pinchado en un palo lo pondría con buenas palabras, pero debo que admitir que últimamente Lavalle se ha desviado de su sonido habitual para introducir aspectos más “oscuros” y con aires dialécticos. Cuando antes te entraba la música a primeras ahora tienes que escuchar varias veces para pillar el rollo para apreciar los conceptos. El tema adjunto en formato video, con “The Black Keys”, es un ejemplo de la paciencia necesaria por el oyente para posteriormente notar como crece con cada escucha.

Esperamos al nuevo álbum!
